Operational Excellence Specialist, EMEA

Stellenbeschreibung:

Maintain a structured overview of all ongoing and planned OET projects across EMEA.
Independently manage selected projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate sub-projects and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Design and deliver training sessions on new applications and functionalities (e.g., ROCS).
Support onboarding and upskilling of team members on digital tools and processes.
Organize and lead workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare and present project updates and strategic presentations for executive audiences.
Create and manage tickets in Jira and align with regional OET teams and domain owners.
Lead rollout projects for applications such as ROCS, Wave BL, Wisor, etc.
Set up and maintain and analyze dashboards for operational KPIs.
Provide 2nd level support.

Requirements

Strong organizational skills with a structured and proactive working style.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident public speaking and facilitation abilities.
Professional proficiency in business English.
High-level presentation skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours to support cross-regional collaboration and meet project deadlines.
Readiness to travel within the EMEA region for workshops, trainings, and project coordination.
Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Jira (basic functionality to be learned).
