Operational Excellence Specialist

RHI Consultants Inc is seeking a dedicated Operational Excellence Specialist to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance operational efficiency across the organization. As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, implement best practices, and ensure sustainable performance improvements that align with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough process assessments and data analysis to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Design, develop, and deploy operational excellence frameworks and methodologies.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote lean principles, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement tools.
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to align improvement initiatives with business objectives.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report outcomes to senior management.
• Champion change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance operational strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or related roles.
• Proficiency with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated project management experience and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) is preferred.
