Your mission
- Strategy & Execution: You develop and drive strategic initiatives to advance our business model and ensure their consistent execution in operations. You take end-to-end responsibility for complex, cross‑functional projects.
- Operational Excellence: You continuously analyze and optimize our processes across the entire value chain, identify efficiency and quality levers, and ensure that improvements are sustainably embedded in the organization.
- Data‑Driven Decision Making: You conduct in‑depth data analyses and derive clear, actionable recommendations to ensure that business decisions are consistently based on data.
- Change & Transformation: You actively support change and transformation processes, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure that changes have a lasting impact on the organization.
- Stakeholder Management & C‑Level Communication: You work closely with the leadership team, prepare decision‑making materials for C‑level executives, and present results clearly, structured, and convincingly – both internally and to external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Academic background: You have an above‑average Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field – ideally from a well‑regarded university.
- Relevant professional experience: You bring several years of experience in a top‑tier (Tier 1 or Tier 2) strategy consultancy (e.g., MBB or similar Tier‑2 firms) or in a comparable, fast‑paced environment, with a strong track record in handling both strategic and operational topics.
- Entrepreneurial & strategic mindset: You structure complex topics clearly, prioritize effectively, and develop pragmatic, actionable solutions – combining strategic foresight with operational excellence.
- Project leadership & ownership: You work in a data‑driven way, think in hypotheses, and derive well‑found recommendations from your analyses. You lead cross‑functional projects end‑to‑end and maintain a clear overview even in highly complex situations.
- Tools & data skills: You have excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills – from structured, management‑ready presentations to complex analyses and models. Ideally, you also have initial experience with Power BI or similar BI tools and are able to visually structure data and present it in a decision‑ready format.
- Communication & presence: You stand out through strong communication skills, executive presence, and a confident demeanor when interacting with management, stakeholders, and teams. At the same time, you are a true team‑player who enjoys collaborating, sharing knowledge, and achieving better results together – no ego, but strong ownership.
- Language skills: You communicate confidently in both German and English (minimum C1 level) – clearly, precisely, and impactfully, complemented by a good sense of humor.
- M&A & transaction experience: Ideally, you have already had some exposure to M&A, due diligence, or corporate finance topics – e.g., through consulting projects, private equity environments, or corporate strategy roles. A deep specialization in this area is not required but is considered a plus.

Workplace
You will work in a flexible, hybrid model from one of our dog‑friendly and modern offices and will have the opportunity to work from abroad within the EU for 2 weeks a year (only applies to employees with an EU passport).
