Operational Logistic Specialist (m/f/d)

For our client, a leading global technology company in the semiconductor industry, we are looking for an Operational Logistic Specialist (m/f/d) in Böblingen.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with transportation and warehousing suppliers.
• Managing processing details related to transportation and warehousing.
• Conducting regular inventory counts and implementing control procedures.
• Supervising the planning and coordination of outbound shipments.
• Performing financial accruals and verifying supplier invoices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Industrial Engineering / Business Administration or Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung with professional experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in operational logistics / material planning in a production or trading company especially in goods receiving / warehousing / shipping.
• Familiar with ERP Software solutions e.g. SAP/Oracle/Navision.

Soft Skills – Must Have

• Systematical working style.
• Team-player, experienced in working in cross functional international teams.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English and German (min B2).
• Persistent.
• Self-motivated.
• Self-organized.

Soft Skills – Preferred

• Professional experience in logistics in the high‑tech/automotive/mechanical engineering industry.
