Operations Business Office Delivery Lead (m/f/x)

In this role you drive the successful delivery of high-impact OBO initiatives across Europe, turning strategic opportunities into measurable value. You mobilise cross-functional teams, establish governance, and manage interdependencies to ensure promised benefits are realized. You map value opportunities across operations, procurement, and supply chain, building robust business cases and transparent benefit profiles. You report to and influence senior leaders with clear narratives and keep a live value-tracking dashboard. • Map and prioritise value creation opportunities across regional operations, procurement and supply chain
• Build robust financial models and compelling business cases with transparent assumptions and sensitivity analyses
• Translate complex operational challenges into clear narratives for senior leaders and board audiences
• Maintain and enhance the live value-creation tracker, reconciling forecast benefits with realised outcomes
• Prepare governance packs and progress reports with Regional Operation Leads
• Coordinate initiatives to ensure structured, measurable delivery in collaboration with the OBO Delivery Lead
• Share insights and best practices across the global OBO network (Europe, China, India)

• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Management Consulting, or related commercial function in a B2B environment
• Proven ability to develop robust business cases and value models influencing investment decisions
• Strong cross-functional mindset with ability to connect operations to commercial impact
• Demonstrated ability to present complex analysis to senior and C-suite audiences
• Experience in R&D, manufacturing, industrial or commercial environments is advantageous
