Operations & Logistics Specialist

SBR International is looking for an experienced Operations & Logistics Specialist to join our team in Hamburg, Germany.

This role is ideal for a logistics professional who enjoys taking ownership of operations, improving processes, and ensuring an excellent customer experience through efficient logistics and fulfillment management.

You will coordinate domestic and international shipments, monitor delivery performance, manage logistics documentation, and collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth daily operations while supporting the growth of the Operations department.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders from order placement to final delivery.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
• Monitor delivery performance and resolve logistics issues.
• Review and prepare shipping documentation.
• Ensure shipping documents are accurate and compliant.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain shipment records and update ERP/CRM systems.
• Prepare logistics reports and shipment status updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics and fulfillment processes.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams.
• Prioritize urgent shipments and customer requests.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics, Operations, or Fulfillment.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent planning and coordination abilities.
• Fluent in German, Spanish, and English (written and spoken).
• Applicants must currently reside in Hamburg, Germany.
