Operations Maintenance Manager

In this role you will lead the day-to-day O&M of renewable energy assets to maximize availability and energy production. You will design and implement preventative and corrective maintenance strategies, monitor performance, and coordinate with internal teams and external service providers. You will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets and KPIs, and ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance. The position offers impact through proactive risk mitigation and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to optimize asset reliability and performance.

• Lead day-to-day O&M of renewable energy assets
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies (preventive and corrective)
• Monitor performance, availability and reliability; drive continuous improvement
• Manage O&M contractors and service providers; ensure contractual compliance
• Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize energy production
• Monitor budgets, maintenance costs and operational KPIs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements
• Produce operational reports and provide performance updates to stakeholders
• Support fault investigations and root cause analysis to improve long-term reliability

• Experience managing O&M activities within renewable energy
• Background in Solar PV, Wind, BESS or other renewables
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and asset reliability
• Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and performance monitoring tools
• Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, safety-first approach to operations
• Fluency in German and English desirable
