About the Role

At Revolut, Operations means problem-solving at scale. Our team tackles the company’s toughest challenges with speed, precision, and creativity. They design systems that unlock efficiency and power global growth. The Branch team is responsible for ensuring that the branch complies with local regulations and offers the best service to our customers. We’re looking for an Operations Manager to help shape how we continue to expand and operate across the globe. You’ll work on high-impact initiatives throughout the business, using insight to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and optimising scalable processes to continue Revolut's hyper‑growth
• Overseeing first line of defence functions of the branch, including governance, interactions with regulators, and oversight of BAU operations
• Executing scale operations and collaborating with cross‑functional teams (Operations, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, etc.) across global offices
• Monitoring country‑specific risk incidents, conduct issues, and resolutions, liaising with relevant service owners to ensure proper controls are followed
• Identifying key product, operational, licensing, and growth opportunities
• Searching for new features to provide a seamless customer experience
• Managing critical vendor relationships and building performance tracking systems
• Developing strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms
• Running support organisations, managing relationships with critical stakeholders, and consistently hitting SLAs
• Creating and maintaining management information to monitor growth metrics, risk incidents, and other branch activities
• Coordinating regulatory inspections, creating and providing necessary materials

What You’ll Need

• At least a 2:1 degree from a top university
• 4+ years of experience in a fast‑paced environment, ideally financial services or management consulting in Germany
• Fluency in English and German
• Experience managing risk, compliance, and outsourcing operations
• A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects from beginning to end
• The skill to break complex problems into smaller, achievable tasks
• Natural curiosity and a willingness to make an impact

• Experience working with regulators
• Experience setting up a branch in Germany
