Operations Manager – External Support

Key Responsibilities

• Acts as a central communication and monitoring point between State Street, External Managers and the Alpha clients.
• Monitors Inbound External Manager Transaction Error Queues.
• Provides External Manager Reconciliation Oversight.
• Ensures Governance by capturing and preparing External Manager related MIS.
• Provides oversight and review of the daily reconciliation between CRIMS and State Street’s middle office IBOR record.

Requirements

• Degree and minimum 3+ years asset management operational experience.
• Knowledge of order management systems, ideally CRD but not a must‑have.
• Knowledge of additional European languages like German or Dutch will be considered a plus.
