Operations Manager, NF-04/RFT

Manages daily field office operations and electronic gaming machine routes, ensuring profitability, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Oversees staff, finances, maintenance, and training; applies technical and supervisory expertise while supporting internal controls, EEO principles, and mission objectives.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Specialized slot or amusement machine technical experience or specialized technical experience gained from working in a position that required extensive knowledge of electronics to include basic machine components and solid-state electronic components. A minimum of one year of supervisory experience directly related to the duties described above.

Highly qualifying criteria include ARMP technician certification, or comparable field service certification, and Network+ certification. Experience using Micro Outlook software applications is required (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook).
