Operations Manager, Enterprise Technology Security Systems – Frankfurt, Germany

Working knowledge of enterprise access control systems (e.g. Lenel, S2, CCure, AMAG, ProWatch, Genetec). Salary up to EUR 105,000 + company vehicle + benefits.

An exciting opportunity to join a leading global enterprise technology security systems company. The Operations Manager will lead all aspects of operations across Projects and Service in Germany, ensuring alignment with European business units and a consistent approach across regions.

This role covers the full customer lifecycle—from pre‑sales and solution design through project delivery, service, and aftercare. You will work closely with sales, engineering, and operational teams to ensure collaboration, high‑quality delivery, and strong customer outcomes.

The Role

• Leading and managing project and service operations
• Driving process improvements and quality standards
• Supporting pre‑sales and sales alignment
• Managing financial performance, including profitability and cost control
• Coaching and developing teams to deliver best‑in‑class solutions

The Person

• Recognised Project Management qualification
• Strong financial and contract management understanding
• Working knowledge of enterprise access control systems (e.g. Lenel, S2, CCure, AMAG, ProWatch, Genetec)
• Working knowledge of CCTV and video management systems (e.g. Milestone, Genetec)
• 6–10+ years experience in electronic security systems
• 6–10+ years in leadership, project/programme management, and financial oversight
• Experience working with large enterprise customers (e.g. offices, warehousing, data centres)
