We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Specialist | Partner Programs . The Operations Specialist | Partner Programs upholds the department A0operational standards as part of the extended Custodial Referral Program (CRP) and drives overall results. This role is responsible for day-to-day operations, researching and solving problems, root cause analysis of existing problems, and identifying potential issues with recommendations to reduce risk.

The Operations Specialist | Partner Programs works with the Partner Programs Manager and department leadership to 1) strive for operational excellence 2) gain department and company efficiencies 3) continuously learn and improve processes, and 4) collaborate cross-functionally to develop effective policies that are easy to understand and implement.

This role is a fully remote position.

In the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $70,000.00 to $80,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. This role is eligible for an annual bonus. Applicants are encouraged to provide compensation expectations when applying.

Primary Job Functions

Ongoing support

  • Manage Department Email inbox and Task Queue
  • Ensure operational tasks are handled in a timely manner
  • Research and resolve client operational issues (e.g., account linking issues)
  • Build and maintain regional relationships and be an ongoing process knowledge resource

Sales team support

  • Maintain team’s operating policies and processes
  • Document current internal program rules of engagement
  • Partner with regional sales teams to oversee new business pipeline
  • Coordinate with central support teams on sales related activity
  • Learn and stay up to date on client services processes and best practices
  • Miscellaneous administrative functions, such as travel arrangements

Data Analysis and reporting

  • Update compliance and administrative requirements on deadline
  • Assist with reporting
  • Gather and organize data to support projects
  • Update firm level profiles by program when necessary

Systems management, program metrics & reporting

  • Identify system and data enhancements to improve pipeline and client tracking
  • Provide direction on metrics reporting of program results
  • Monitor and provide feedback on sales results to leadership

Education/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, economics or related
  • 4 years operations experience, preferably in financial services
  • Knowledge of broker-dealer and custodial platforms and investment products
  • Strong oral, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to train and coach others
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Proficient with Salesforce and Support Org functionality
  • Experience with Workday preferred
