The Office of the CFOO (Chief Financial and Operations Officer) plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing zooplus' Strategy. As Operations is one of the most critical growth levers in e‑commerce, this team sits at the heart of how we deliver value to millions of customers across Europe. We operate a high‑performing Operations engine across Forecasting & Replenishment, Transportation, Fulfilment Operations and Last Mile Delivery – and are hiring an Operations Strategy Lead to help shape its continued evolution and strategic impact.
In this role, you will be positioned at the center of the Operations organization, embedded within the CFOO Office. You will work closely with the CFOO – who leads both Finance and Operations – and the Head of Finance & Operations Strategy to define strategic priorities, lead high‑impact initiatives, and bring clarity to complex challenges in a fast‑paced environment. Your work will directly influence how zooplus scales its operational backbone to enable both cost efficiency and customer excellence.
Headquartered in Munich, with offices across Madrid, Krakow, Wroclaw, London and Vienna, we collaborate because we genuinely love working together – so you’ll be at the heart of an incredible, multinational team. We trust each other to get the job done, which means you’ll benefit from hybrid working, spending 60% of your time in the office and 40% at home. There’s an option to work for 20 days abroad in approved countries too.
At zooplus, we believe in equal opportunity and support everyone to fulfil their potential. We recognise the power of listening and learning from each other and embrace diversity and inclusion of all.
