Operations Support Specialist NF-04

This position is located at US Army Installation Management Command- Europe, Wiesbaden, Germany.

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

1. Knowledge of management principles, practices, and techniques to provide support services to the organization, analyze administrative/support practices, and recommend improvements to procedures and policies.
2. Must have strong written and oral communication skills, including comprehensive knowledge of standard office software programs, such as word processing, graphics, spreadsheets, etc.

In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified":

• Demonstrable expertise in the preparation and operational frameworks of agreements with European host nations.

Applicant meeting the Best Qualifying Criteria/Highly Preferred will be referred to the hiring manager. All other qualified applicants will be referred if requested by the hiring manager.
