You lead the inspection and testing team in daily operations. You ensure:

• All inspections are executed reliably
• Quality is measurable and traceable
• The team performs under real conditions

• No unverified parts

YOUR PROFILE

Education

• Background in quality, manufacturing, mechanical engineering or similar
• Experience in inspection / testing / quality, production environments
• Initial leadership experience (hands‑on)

Skillset

• Strong understanding of inspection processes
• Experience with measurement tools
• Structured and practical mindset
• Ability to lead in an operational environment
