Le poste :

We are looking for an Optical Metrology & ATE Test Development Engineer to develop and validate automated test solutions for optical modules and integrated display systems. The role involves end-to-end test development, optical measurement systems, calibration, data analysis, and transferring technologies from R&D to mass production. This is a B2B opportunity requiring relocation to Germany and full-time on-site work in Regensburg.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and program ATE test systems (e.g. Teradyne, Advantest).
• Design and validate optical metrology solutions, including hardware and test software.
• Perform tester calibration, alignment, and cross-site correlation.
• Analyze measurement data and improve production yield.
• Automate testing and data collection using Python, MATLAB, or LabVIEW.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and suppliers on new measurement technologies.

Profil recherché :

• Degree in Optical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Experience in ATE programming and optical metrology development.
• Knowledge of Python, MATLAB, or LabVIEW.
• Experience with statistical analysis tools such as Minitab or JMP.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
