At Innolume, we develop innovative optoelectronic semiconductor technologies for next-generation communication, sensing and photonic applications. Our expertise ranges from advanced quantum-dot and quantum-well technologies to customized photonic devices tailored to our customers' requirements.

To strengthen our engineering team, we are looking for an experienced Optical Packaging Engineer (f/m/d) who is passionate about turning advanced photonic technologies into robust, scalable and production-ready solutions.

In this role, you will take ownership of optical assembly and packaging processes—from concept and process development to industrialization and continuous improvement. xmdgtar You will work hands-on with advanced optical components and assembly technologies and collaborate closely with production, R&D and quality.
