Oracle Database Administrator – Exadata & Performance Tuning (f/m/d)

We are seeking experienced Oracle DBAs to support critical production environments , with a strong focus on Exadata, high availability, and performance optimization .

The role focuses on end-to-end database administration, platform optimization, and ensuring stability, scalability, and performance across enterprise systems .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Oracle Exadata environments (RAC, ASM, Data Guard, InfiniBand, storage cells)
• Administer and support high-availability Oracle databases (11gR1/R2) including clusterware and GRID configuration
• Perform database performance tuning at SQL and database level
• Execute backup, recovery, and migration strategies (RMAN, Data Pump, export/import) ensuring RTO/RPO compliance
• Develop automation and scripting solutions across Solaris, Linux, and AIX environments
• Provide incident, problem, and performance troubleshooting in a 24x7 global support model

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA in production environments
• Strong experience with Oracle Exadata platforms (min. 5–6 years)
• Expertise in Oracle RAC, ASM, and Data Guard administration
• Solid experience with performance tuning (SQL & database level)
• Strong knowledge of backup, recovery, and migration (RMAN, Data Pump)
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
