Oracle HCM Payroll Lead

You Are:

A transformation expert who blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to help clients meet digitization challenges. You are comfortable leading projects and teams as well as diving into functional and technical details of Oracle solutions. You possess strong communication skills that inspire teams and drive results.

The Work:

  • Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll.
  • Gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements with client teams.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to configure and optimize payroll processes, including conversions, integrations, reports, fast formulas, and configuration tables.
  • Provide guidance, translate detailed requirements into Oracle HCM configurations.
  • Create functional and technical design documents.
  • Lead design workshops for end‑to‑end payroll processing with business stakeholders, demonstrating understanding of business needs and recommending robust designs.
  • Support testing cycles, perform cutover activities, and assist with go‑live preparation.
  • Plan, organize tasks, and report progress on deliverables.

What You Need:

  • Certification in Cloud HCM applications, specifically the Payroll module.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle Payroll Cloud.
  • Minimum 2 full life‑cycle Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or 12 years of equivalent work experience), or an associate’s degree with 6 years of experience.
  • Experience with Oracle Financials, including Chart of Accounts & General Ledger.

Bonus Points If:

  • Oracle HCM Payroll certification.
  • Experience managing a team and delivering projects.
  • Cross‑functional exposure to other HCM modules.

Compensation:

Annual salary range: $120,000–$300,000 (varies by location and experience). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, long‑term disability, 401(k), bonus opportunities, paid holidays and paid time off.
