As an Oracle Cloud Technical Senior, you will partner with clients to shape solutions that address their business challenges. Your technical expertise will drive project success across design, integration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud Fusion environments.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to deliverables.
• Design, identify, and implement reusable assets/components.
• Identify root causes and provide technical solutions and implementation plans.
• Contribute to process review and improvement initiatives.
• Deliver Proofs of Concept and mentor team members.
• Implement best practices following the development life‑cycle process.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Minimum 5+ years of technical experience, with at least 2 years in Oracle Cloud Fusion (2+ End‑to‑End implementations).
• Strong Oracle technical skills, ability to build complex Oracle RICE components using PL/SQL and SQL.
• Experience integrating ERP/third‑party applications with Cloud via Web Services/REST API through OIC.
• Exposure to ADFDI, FBDI, HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Oracle Cloud Web Services.
• Hands‑on experience in data migration, conversions, and module integration.
• Knowledge of functional specifications, OTBI reports, analytics, and configuration of Oracle templates in BI Publisher.
• Working knowledge of role‑based security model in Oracle Cloud ERP is desirable.
• Awareness of SOA and familiarity with additional reporting tools (Analysis Dashboard, ESS Base Financial Reporting Studio, SmartView) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to discuss technical and functional issues with executives and stakeholders.

Experience

• Technical proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL and development of RICE components in Oracle EBS.
• Experience with data migration, integration of Oracle modules with third‑party applications.
• Experience in web services/REST services integration.
• Knowledge of OTBI, BIP, and reporting in Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Willingness to learn and work on new technologies.
• Experience in a CMMI environment is a plus.
• Ability to collect requirements, create high‑level and low‑level design documents, and deployment documentation.
• Multi‑domain expertise and knowledge of other integration tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Oracle certification(s) is an added advantage.
