• Starting salary of €40,000 gross per year with potential for growth

Your Areas of Responsibility

• Processing, managing, and tracking customer orders
• Coordinating with customers, sales, shipping, and internal departments
• Preparing shipping documents and arranging shipments
• Processing complaints, replacement shipments, and special deliveries
• Maintaining packaging data, series contracts, and customer call-offs
• Ordering, managing, and conducting inventory of returnable containers/load carriers
• Monitoring returnable container costs and optimizing ordering processes
