• Deliver client engagements and own major workstreams from problem structuring to recommendations
• Solve complex problems independently, managing priorities and ensuring rigorous, actionable outputs
• Collaborate closely with clients and senior team members; coach junior colleagues
• Assist Associates in planning analyses and guiding small teams to move projects forward
• Contribute to problem framing, synthesis, and delivery of recommendations

• At least 3 years of relevant experience (top-tier strategy firm or inhouse strategy/organisational performance)
• Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with ability to leverage sophisticated analyses
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in formal and informal settings
• Fluency in English and German
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top program
• Willingness to travel
