Organizational Change Management Consultant

• Leads play an essential role in the delivery of client services at Argano.
• As a Lead in Argano’s Organizational Change Management (OCM) practice within Oracle, you deliver high quality solutions to address our clients’ most pressing business challenges.
• Collaborate with colleagues from across the OCM practice and Oracle business unit.
• Conduct Adoption Readiness Assessments, evaluate results, and make recommendations.
• Design, develop, mobilize and manage effective tactical change networks within the client environment.
• Develop communications materials based on the strategy and tactical plans specific to client transformation aspirations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience delivering on Change Management teams.
• Experience (3-5 years) in a professional services/consulting organization environment.
• Bachelor's degree required. Preferred Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Industrial / Systems Engineering, Business, or Management preferred.
• Certified in established change management methodology (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) preferred.
• Strong collaboration and team player.
• Impactful and professional written and verbal communication skills; ability to be self-directed and prioritize work to develop key deliverables.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
