Orthodontic Practice Sales Representative (Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse)

Solventum is seeking a dedicated Orthodontic Practice Sales Representative to grow market share and build strong relationships with orthodontists and their teams across the upstate New York region.

Responsibilities

• Meet overall sales quotas.
• Build and maintain relationships with orthodontists, their staffs, and orthodontic residents.
• Collaborate with inside‑sales, customer‑service, and accounts‑receivable teams.
• Grow market share and sales volume within the assigned geography.
• Manage customer discounts, orders, receivables, and overall satisfaction.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 2 years of relevant experience, OR high‑school diploma/GED and 6 years of relevant experience.
• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with computer applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and order‑entry software.
• History of developing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Understanding of time and territory management.
• Comfort with technical information and numerical data.
• Ability to speak and teach in front of large groups.
• Strong work ethic, people skills, and a competitive background.

Location: Must reside within the upstate New York area (Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse).

Travel: May include up to 20% domestic travel.

Relocation assistance: Not authorized.

Work authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for employment‑visa status.

Compensation & Benefits

US applicants only. Expected compensation range: $105,600 – $145,200, including base pay plus variable incentive pay (if eligible). Eligible for benefits such as medical, dental & vision, health‑savings accounts, flexible‑spending accounts, disability coverage, life insurance, voluntary benefits, paid absences, and retirement plans.
