Pack ‘N’ Pay is a retail innovation developed by CIC Integrated Services Ltd., originally established as a wholesale supplier of food products to offshore catering companies. In 2021, Pack ‘N’ Pay was launched to leverage technology in solving the challenges faced by both retailers and wholesalers. Operations began on January 18, 2021, followed by the launch of our e-commerce platform on March 1, 2021.

We are looking for passionate, persuasive, and results-driven individuals to join our growing team as Osusu Field Agents . This role is focused on customer acquisition, onboarding, and payment follow-up to drive adoption of our platform and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our users.

Job Summary

The Osusu Field Agent will actively promote our platform within communities, markets, offices, and other public spaces. You will help customers download and register on the app or website, explain our instalment payment system, and ensure timely follow-up on payments. Your efforts will directly contribute to growing our user base and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition

• Engage potential customers in targeted areas.
• Encourage downloads and registrations on the app.
• Assist users through the onboarding process and clearly explain benefits.

Customer Education

• Demonstrate how the instalment payment system works.
• Explain benefits such as price protection, flexible payments, and product availability.
• Answer customer questions and provide basic onboarding support.

Follow-Up and Payment Monitoring

• Keep track of registered customers and their payment schedules.
• Send reminders for upcoming or overdue payments.
• Assist customers with payment issues when necessary.

Relationship Building

• Maintain trust and rapport with customers.
• Serve as the link between customers and the company, escalating concerns when needed.

Reporting and Feedback

• Submit daily or weekly reports on sign-ups, follow-ups, and feedback.
• Share insights from the field to help improve our services.

Requirements

• Minimum of NCE/OND (higher qualifications are an advantage).
• 2–4 years’ experience in sales, field marketing, or customer service.
• Sales or marketing background, especially in FMCG, fintech agent roles, door-to-door marketing (telecoms, solar, insurance), or product activations, is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience working with sales targets or commissions is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Must own a smartphone and be comfortable using mobile apps.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and fluent in English and local languages.
