OT Cybersecurity Engineer (m/f/d)

Support the implementation of the global OT Cybersecurity Program prOTect2026
Conduct OT cybersecurity and vulnerability assessments
Plan and implement IT/OT network segmentation and OT DMZ architectures
Manage firewalls, OT monitoring solutions, and OT patch management activities
Support cybersecurity incident response and remediation
Assist international production sites with OT security, lifecycle, and digitalization initiatives
Collaborate with Local OT Security Coordinators (LOSC), Engineering, IT, Production, and external service providers
Contribute to the continuous improvement of global OT cybersecurity standards, governance, and operational processes

Degree in Computer Science, Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT (System Integration), or a comparable technical qualification
Several years of experience in OT/Industrial Cybersecurity or Industrial Automation
Strong knowledge of industrial networking, firewalls, network segmentation, and OT DMZ architectures
Familiarity with IEC 62443, Purdue Model, ISA-95, and OT cybersecurity principles
Experience with industrial control systems (DCS/PLC), industrial communication protocols, and OT security technologies
Fluent in German and English, with willingness to travel internationally
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style, combined with strong communication skills and a high level of security awareness
