OT Developer - OT and AMR (m/f/x)

In this role you shape automation and digital transformation for Magna Seating Europe. You will collaborate across teams to define specs, lead AMR and material-handling projects, and provide technical guidance throughout equipment development and deployment. You contribute to standardization and scalable automation solutions, helping to advance advanced manufacturing and Industry 4.0 initiatives. • Collaborate with Magna Seating Europe teams to develop technical specifications and standards for new production equipment and automation solutions
• Lead and support projects with a focus on AMR and material handling applications
• Act as a technical interface between local manufacturing teams, machine builders, suppliers, and cross-functional departments
• Provide expert technical consultation, knowledge sharing, and training to local engineering and operations teams
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of technical standards and guidelines as a member of the Group OT Europe team
• Develop innovative and practical technical solutions for a wide range of manufacturing and automation challenges
• Provide technical leadership throughout the equipment development and implementation lifecycle, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and sustainable solutions
• Support commissioning, validation, and deployment activities when required
• Promote standardization and scalability of automation solutions across Magna Seating Europe

• University degree or college diploma in Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline or
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable technical role, preferably within automotive or manufacturing
