As an OT Specialist, you will advance automation initiatives across Magna Seating Europe, focusing on robot and cobot applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape production equipment standards and scalable automation solutions. You’ll lead and support automation projects, share expertise, and contribute to the Group OT Europe strategy. Verantwortungsbereiche

Develop technical specifications and standards for new production equipment and automation solutions
Lead and support robot and cobot-based projects
Interface between local manufacturing teams, machine builders, suppliers, and cross-functional departments
Provide expert technical consultation and training to engineering and operations teams
Contribute to development and improvement of technical standards and guidelines
Create innovative technical solutions for manufacturing challenges
Provide technical leadership across equipment development and deployment lifecycle
Support commissioning, validation, and deployment activities

Zentrale Anforderungen

University degree or college diploma in Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related technical discipline or minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a comparable role
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively within international and cross-functional teams
