Responsibilities

• Identifying, managing, and, if necessary, forwarding sales opportunities with the goal of achieving profitable contract closures.
• Systematic development and analysis of the customer base to sustainably improve results.
• Presenting and actively marketing Lufthansa Cargo’s product and service portfolio to existing and potential customers.
• Developing and selling customer-oriented logistics solutions in close coordination with all units involved in the sales process (especially inside sales).
• Recording, forwarding, and tracking complaints, irregularities, and claims, including continuous status communication to the customer.

Requirements

• High school diploma and completed vocational training or comparable professional experience.
• Professional experience in logistics.
• Fluent German and English skills (business-level proficiency).
• Practical knowledge of modern office communication tools and sales‑specific IT systems.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Independent, results-oriented working style.
• Analytical thinking and strong organizational skills.
• High willingness to travel within Germany.
