Overall Integration Engineer for 300 mm - BEOL technology (f/m/div.)

In this role you drive the development and integration of advanced MEMS and ASIC technologies, guiding projects from concept to series production. You work across development and manufacturing to implement innovative, manufacturable solutions and coordinate internal interfaces. You assess feasibility of new processes and maintain high-quality standards, while collaborating with research partners to advance foundational knowledge. This role offers a hands-on, cross-functional environment with meaningful impact on sensor technology in consumer electronics.

• Drive innovative technology developments for complex products with a focus on integration, including scheduling and customer interface
• Implement development goals with a team of integrators and experts through combined technology know-how and manufacturing experience
• Develop semiconductor processes for manufacturing of sensor products
• Evaluate feasibility of new technologies and materials, including technical and economic assessments
• Coordinate internal interfaces across development and manufacturing to move solutions from development to series production
• Manage quality assessments and process releases to meet high standards
• Collaborate with research institutes for basic development and progressive advances

• Multiple years of relevant experience as project lead
• Very good knowledge in sensor, micromechanics and semiconductor technology
• Knowledge of relevant analytical methods is beneficial
• Excellent understanding of physical principles and interrelationships
• Ability to guide an interdisciplinary team of experts
• Very good knowledge of English; proficient German
