Overseas Vehicle Testing Engineer

• Based on the development requirements for parking and driving functions, responsible for formulating and implementing the overall test plan and test strategy for integrated driving and parking systems.
• Conducting functional, performance, and reliability testing across the full system workflow in accordance with relevant standards and design targets.
• Responsible for functional integration and performance acceptance of associated sensors and actuators.
• Conducting specialized system testing for assigned functional modules, identifying system issues and collaborating with the software R&D team to resolve issues and enhance performance and user experience.
• Responsible for specialized validation against mainstream domestic evaluation frameworks (e.g., C-NCAP, IVISTA), supporting iterative system improvement.
• Formulating comprehensive vehicle-level test plans based on project requirements, and arranging and managing system-scale road tests as needed.
• Designing appropriate automation solutions and developing corresponding test tools based on product and project characteristics to improve testing efficiency.
• Maintaining test vehicles and test environments, including the upkeep and repair of vehicles and related equipment.

Job Requirements

• Familiar with the system architecture and functionalities of ADAS / Autonomous Driving systems; proficient in relevant testing processes and tools; knowledge of applicable technical standards and regulations preferred.
• Understanding of mainstream autonomous driving technology roadmaps, with a solid comprehension of technical implementation approaches for autonomous driving.
• Knowledgeable in development requirements management, system architecture design, and vehicle-side system function and performance calibration; capable of independently designing and executing vehicle-level and system-level development, testing, and validation plans.
• Familiar with the interaction and performance metrics among actuators involved in driving assistance systems; proficient in autonomous driving system performance evaluation criteria.
• Understanding of typical object fusion logic, trajectory planning and control, with the ability to identify upstream and downstream dependencies of each module within the system functional pipeline.
• Proficient driving skills, with driving behavior capable of covering 95% of mainstream domestic drivers and passengers.
• Experienced in managing system-scale vehicle road test validation; able to accurately report and track the resolution of issues discovered during road testing; prior experience leading road test teams preferred.
• Prior mass production experience with NOA (Navigate on Autopilot) / ICA (Integrated Cruise Assistance) / HPA (Home Parking Assist) preferred.
• Proficiency in any programming language (e.g., C / C++ / Python / MATLAB) preferred.
• Familiar with Linux systems; software proficiency in tools such as CANoe / CANape, etc.
• Prior mass production experience with overseas projects preferred.
