ePackageSupply is looking for a Packaging Graphic & Production Designer to own customer packaging projects from first file to final print. You'll be the bridge between our sales team, customers, and production, translating rough ideas and art files into clean, print-ready artwork across dry-offset printing, heat transfer labels, stickers, pouches, and boxes.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves the technical craft of print production, thrives on managing multiple projects at once, and gets satisfaction from shipping polished work on tight deadlines. If you're energized by the mix of design execution, customer collaboration, and the occasional photo or video project to support marketing, this role is built for you.
What You\'ll Do
- Print and Packaging Production: Build complete, print-ready design files that meet strict specifications across multiple print methods including dry-offset printing, heat transfer labels, sticker labels, pouches, and box printing. Place and adapt artwork into a range of dielines, create accurate product mockups, and ensure every file is correctly set up in CMYK or Pantone before it goes to press. Simplify complex artwork when needed so it prints cleanly and consistently.
- Design Execution: Work primarily in Adobe Illustrator and the broader Adobe Suite to convert raster files to vector, redraw out-of-spec files from scratch, and adapt existing designs into new applications. Bring a strong eye for size, scale, spacing, and layout to every project.
- Customer Project Coordination: Manage customer packaging projects start to finish, working closely with sales reps and customers to understand needs, ask the right questions, and move projects toward approval and production. Take vague or incomplete customer direction and apply sound design judgment to deliver options that solve their problem. Receive critique well and make revisions efficiently.
- Organization and Workflow: Keep files, folders, and naming conventions clean and consistent so the whole team can find what they need. Juggle multiple active projects, hit deadlines, and continually look for ways to use tools and tech to speed up your workflow without sacrificing quality.
What We're Looking For
- Working proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and the broader Adobe Creative Suite
- Practical understanding of print production, including CMYK, Pantone, and file prep for various print methods
- Experience (or strong aptitude) with dielines, vector redraws, and preparing files for production
- A sharp eye for layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Comfortable managing several projects at once and communicating directly with customers and internal teams
- Organized, self-directed, and deadline-driven
- Open to feedback and iteration
Nice to Have
- Photo editing for lifestyle and e-commerce imagery, including product color correction
- Photography experience, especially product or lifestyle
- Social media content creation, including showcasing real customers using products in real-world settings
- Video editing and motion graphics
- Prior experience supporting marketing initiatives
