What you will be doing

• Actively support the legal entity portfolio management in Central Europe (DACH+PL+CZ) in cooperation with local legal counsels and follow up on corporate governance compliance.
• Maintain and organize the legal team’s document management system, including filing, archiving, and retrieving legal documents, correspondence, and contracts in accordance with applicable retention policies.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal departments and external service providers (e.g., notaries, courts, registries, external counsel) to facilitate the timely execution of legal and administrative tasks.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading routine legal documents, correspondence, and internal policies under the supervision of qualified legal counsel.
• Support the legal team in budget tracking and monitoring, including processing invoices, reconciling external counsel fees, and maintaining records of legal expenditures in coordination with the finance department.
• Prepare and coordinate periodic legal reportings within the Amer Sports Group, including consolidating updates from local legal counsels and presenting relevant legal and compliance matters to internal stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time to ensure the smooth operation of the legal team.

What you need to succeed

• 1-3 years of work experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in a law firm or an international organization.
• Experience using contract management systems, compliance systems, and other IT tools (including Claude and Copilot).
• Proficient in both oral and written German and English, with excellent communication skills. Additional language skills are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a hands-on mentality.
• Organized and diligent in work habits.
• Agile and flexible, able to work in a fast-paced environment where multiple tasks must often be managed in parallel.
• A great collaborator with a genuine interest in building networks across the global company.
• Technically savvy, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web-based tools, and comfortable learning to use new tools.
