Partner - Data Strategy

Strat-Bridge is partnered with a high-value global strategy house seeking a Partner, Data Strategy to build and lead its data proposition across Germany and Europe. This is a senior growth role for a commercially credible data leader who can connect deep technical expertise with board-level strategy. You will shape a differentiated offering spanning data strategy, governance, management and integration, while building the link between robust data foundations and emerging AI and GenAI propositions. Working with senior clients, you will originate and lead major data transformation programmes, define operating models and investment priorities, and turn technical challenges into clear strategic agendas. Partner background from a leading strategy, technology or transformation consultancy Deep expertise across data strategy, data governance, data management and data integration A strong track record leading complex, multi-year data foundation and transformation programmes The ability to translate technical detail into board-level strategy, operating models and investment cases Consistent personal origination, with approximately €2.5m+ annual sales Evidence of converting technical programmes into broader strategic and commercial opportunities Strong understanding of how enterprise data foundations enable AI and GenAI adoption Broad, transferable experience across multiple industries Senior stakeholder confidence and credibility with C-suite clients Fluency in German and English
