Partner - Energy, Natural Resources & Utilities Consulting (m/f/d)

Introduction

We are an end‑to‑end digital transformation partner focused on AI‑led transformation for the Energy, Natural Resources & Utilities (ENU) segment in the DACH region.

Overview & Responsibilities

Wipro Consulting is building a modern consulting practice to provide end‑to‑end business transformation services. The role is responsible for establishing and scaling the ENU consulting business across the DACH market.

• Own and grow the ENU consulting business across DACH, with additional focus on the C/ETRM business.
• Build and nurture senior client relationships, serving as trusted advisor to CXOs on AI‑led transformation, operating model, cost efficiencies, and critical business transformation programmes.
• Drive revenue, market presence, and practice scale.
• Lead large‑scale people and transformation programmes delivering measurable business impact.
• Originate and convert consulting opportunities to drive profitable growth.
• Deliver complex, multi‑shore engagements with commercial accountability.
• Shape thought leadership and go‑to‑market propositions.

Key Qualifications

• Outstanding leadership, communication, relationship building, and networking skills; German language is mandatory.
• Proven ability to generate consulting business from new and existing accounts and drive customer relationships.
• Self‑sufficient approach supporting business‑development opportunities while creating utilization in a sell‑and‑deliver model.
• Delivery and program expertise with experience handling multi‑shore consulting projects with distributed teams.
• Strong program and consulting disciplines (e.g., Project/Program Management, Storytelling, Executive Communications, Commercial disciplines).
• Experience in the ENU CxO agenda, developing strategic initiatives focused on process, data and technology.
