This position sits at the forefront of transformation within the Insurance sector , helping leading insurers navigate strategic change, improve operational performance, optimise costs, and build more resilient, customer-centric organisations.

Working closely with C-suite executives, you will lead complex transformation programmes spanning operating model, digital, AI, claims, underwriting, distribution, and business performance.
