• Lead client engagements with accountability for delivery quality and milestones
• Coach Engagement Managers and Consultants to build capable, motivated teams
• Sponsor AI and Generative AI initiatives across the Germany & CE pillar
• Provide senior leadership for AI transformation engagements, ensuring governance and adoption roadmaps
• Role model AI-enabled leadership and continuous learning across delivery activities
• Develop trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for innovative solutions
• Support pillar commercial objectives including revenue growth and profitability
• Monitor market and regulatory developments to identify AI and digital transformation opportunities
• Strengthen Allianz Consulting's position as a trusted transformation partner by aligning client needs with technology

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or related field; 10+ years of leadership, consulting, and transformation experience
• Proven track record in delivering complex strategic initiatives and large-scale transformations
• Strong AI expertise, including AI strategy, governance, and Generative AI adoption
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across Allianz and international environments
• Experienced people leader with a record of developing high-performing teams
• Strong analytical, strategic, problem-solving skills; fluency in English and German
