Partner Sales Manager (w/m/d)

Enpal is on a mission to put a solar system on every roof, a storage battery in every home, and an electric vehicle in every garage through our integrated decentralized energy solution. We are looking for a dedicated Partner Sales Manager (w/m/d) to join our Sales team in Germany and help us drive the transition to sustainable energy.

In this role, you will be instrumental in onboarding new sales partners, guiding them from initial contact to successful contract closure, and providing comprehensive ongoing support. You will empower our partners with your expertise and sales impulses to ensure their continuous success in the photovoltaic and renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities:

• Onboard new sales partners and their sales teams, guiding them from initial contact to successful contract conclusion.
• Provide holistic support for existing sales partners, offering expert and sales-driven impulses to contribute to their continuous success.
• Conduct regular training sessions for new and existing sales partners and their staff to continuously improve their product knowledge and sales skills.
• Independently plan, organize, and execute sales events focused on PV and renewable energies to help partners expand their portfolios.
• Accompany and support sales partners on-site as needed.
