To further strengthen our market presence in the DACH region, we are looking for a commercially driven and relationship-oriented Partner Manager DACH who thrives on building strategic partnerships, unlocking growth opportunities and expanding our ecosystem across agencies, affiliates and e-commerce partners.

Your Impact

As Partner Manager DACH, you will play a key role in growing and developing Trusted Shops' partner ecosystem across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

You will build long-term relationships with partners, identify new business opportunities and create win-win collaborations that drive revenue growth, market visibility and partner success.

This is a highly visible role with direct influence on our commercial growth strategy within one of Europe's most dynamic e-commerce markets.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage relationships with agencies, affiliates and other strategic partners across the DACH market.
• Expand and strengthen Trusted Shops' partner ecosystem through proactive business development activities.
• Enable partners to successfully promote Trusted Shops solutions.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing partner relationships.
• Monitor partnership performance and derive actionable insights from data.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments and best practices.
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams to maximize partner impact.
• Support integrated go-to-market initiatives and joint campaigns.
• Represent Trusted Shops within the DACH e-commerce ecosystem and at industry events.

Your profile

• 3+ years in Partner Management, Business Development, Affiliate Marketing, or Sales, ideally with experience in the DACH market and an established agency network.
• Strong understanding of the e-commerce industry; SaaS experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling agency and affiliate networks with measurable revenue impact; strong commercial mindset; successful in partner activation, upselling, and indirect channel growth; experience in performance marketing and agency-led lead generation.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Fluency in German (C2) and good English skills (B2).
