This role involves managing existing partners, securing new opportunities, and working with media, influencers, and brands to drive impactful campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with existing brand partners to ensure successful collaboration and long‑term relationships.
• Identify and secure new partnerships to strengthen the brand’s image and reach.
• Collaborate with media outlets, celebrities, and pageants to promote the brand effectively.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure mutual value for all stakeholders.
• Research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities for strategic collaborations.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with marketing goals.
• Act as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring excellent communication and timely execution of partnership activities.
• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to integrate partnerships into campaigns and events.
• Track and report on the performance and impact of partnerships to optimize future strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles.
• Strong networking and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
• A good understanding of brand marketing, PR, and collaboration with media or influencers.
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and lifestyle brands is a plus.
