PAS Coordinator (Fully Remote)

• Reviews referrals to determine if patients can be seen or require medical review.

Managed Care

• Backs up surgery, clinical, and DME authorizations for all surgical cases.
• Ensures department procedures are followed and attends monthly meetings.

Scheduling Office Coordination

• Provides leadership and oversight of PAS Specialists and Resource Specialists.
• Verifies timely scheduling and meets department and ambulatory standards.

Training and Competency

• Provides training and guidance to all PAS staff and assists with onboarding.
• Ensures adherence to standard work and contributes to performance evaluations.
