We’re supporting a well-established diagnostic pathology provider in Göttingen to hire a Pathologist (m/f/d) into a quality-driven, structured environment with clear processes and a supportive team culture.

The role

You will join a modern diagnostic set-up with a strong focus on consistent quality and turnaround times. The case mix is weighted toward gynaecological pathology , with additional exposure across further subspecialty areas depending on experience and service needs.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnostic reporting and sign-out within agreed turnaround times
• Collaboration with colleagues to maintain robust quality standards
• Contribution to continuous improvement of diagnostic workflows and service delivery
• Participation in team discussions / case review as appropriate

What we’re looking for

• Facharzt Pathologie (board-certified pathologist) — or close to completion with strong relevant experience
• High attention to detail; quality-first mindset
• Comfortable working in a structured, process-led setting
• Collaborative working style
