• Obtain authorizations for reorders and resolve patient issues via phone and documentation.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls from patients, physicians, and referral sources.
• Audit supply configurations and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; customer service experience preferred.
• Strong computer literacy, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Flexibility for evening/weekend shifts as needed.
