Overview

As a Payments Relationship Manager Associate in the Trade & Working Capital team, you support the EMEA Supply Chain Finance business by promoting enrollment and engagement with suppliers, coordinating with relationship managers, and driving program growth. You will help optimize the supplier onboarding experience and collaborate across regions to improve processes and tools. This role blends client-facing activities with process improvement to deliver efficient, compliant supplier solutions. A strong focus on delivering value to buyers and suppliers will shape your impact.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Deliver a superior client experience and drive revenue growth for the Global Trade business
Design and execute supplier enrollment and sales strategies for assigned programs and leverage the JPMC network to boost supplier engagement
Partner with program managers to provide insights on program growth and supplier participation
Manage ongoing supplier relationships, identify issues, and propose solutions
Assist in negotiating terms with suppliers to secure mutually beneficial agreements
Track and report KPIs related to supplier engagement and program success; coordinate multi-regional activities
Coordinate with Client Service, Operations, Contracts Management, Product, and other functions for inquiries
Ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance across supplier activities and escalate as needed
Support critical in-flight technology initiatives to improve efficiency of the supplier sales process

Zentrale Anforderungen

Proven experience in Sales, Client Service, Portfolio Management support or Operations in an active client-facing role
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Project management and attention to detail
Fluent in German language
