Build the systems behind Europe's first AI-enabled fighter aircraft.

Grob Aircraft has just entered a new chapter. Following our acquisition by Helsing, Europe's leading company for AI-based defence technology, we are developing the CA-1 Europa: the first AI-enabled combat aircraft of its class built in Europe.

At the same time, we keep doing what we have done for decades, building training and sport aircraft that pilots around the world trust. Quality made in Germany, from composite structures to final assembly.

That combination is rare. Traditional aircraft manufacturing on one side, cutting-edge defence technology on the other. And a PLM landscape that has to support both.

That is where you come in.

What you will do

• Administer, support and further develop our PLM system (Teamcenter)
• Support our users and act as their go-to contact
• Install, configure and maintain the system landscape
• Analyse and resolve incidents, optimise performance
• Manage interfaces to SAP, Siemens NX and Capital
• Run updates, upgrades and system tests
• Adapt the system where needed, especially data model, configuration and dispatcher
• Work closely with our engineering and production departments
• Document system changes, processes and technical solutions
• Coordinate external service providers and partners

What you bring

• Degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, computer science or a comparable qualification
• Career changers with solid experience in PLM engineering are very welcome
• Experience administering PDM/PLM systems, ideally Teamcenter
• Good knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server environments
• Experience with databases such as Oracle or SQL Server is a plus
• Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Python) are nice to have
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Team player with a strong service mindset
• Good German and English skills
