Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate an experienced Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN)  or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients in their homes throughout Brooklyn, NY .

If you're passionate about caring for medically complex children and have ventilator and tracheostomy experience , we'd love to have you join our team.

We are actively hiring Pediatric RNs and Pediatric LPN's  for cases throughout Brooklyn .
Available Shifts:

• Days
• Overnights
• Weekdays
• Weekends
• Flexible 8 or 12-hour shifts

Qualifications

• Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license or License Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Current BLS certification
• Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required
• At least one year of recent pediatric nursing experience in home care, hospital, or acute care preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Physical completed within the last 12 months
• Current PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years, if applicable)
• Proof of MMR immunity (lab report)
