Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) to drive enterprise-grade digital transformation projects within the German public sector. You will act as the principal technical authority, bridging complex administrative business processes with modern low-code architecture on the Pega Infinity platform. You will design scalable, secure, and legally compliant workflows while navigating the strict regulatory, data protection (DSGVO/GDPR), and IT security (BSI) standards required by German federal, state, or municipal authorities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Certifications: Active Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA / LSA) certification.
• Experience: 5+ years of hands‑on Pega development and multi‑year experience operating as a Lead System Architect on enterprise‑scale projects.
• Platform Knowledge: Deep mastery of Pega Infinity (8.x / latest releases) , Case Management, BPM, Dynamic Case Design, Pega Cloud, and low‑code optimization.
• Public Sector Context: Proven familiarity with German public sector digital transformation initiatives, procurement cycles, or administrative workflows is a strong advantage.
• Language Proficiency: C1/Fluent German (written and spoken) is mandatory for documentation, workshops, and stakeholder communication; professional proficiency in English is required.
• Security Clearance: Readiness to undergo standard public sector background/security checks (ÜSG – Überprüfung nach dem Sicherheitsüberprüfungsgesetz) if required by the specific agency.
