In this role you drive HR development initiatives and career frameworks to support a growing, multicultural organization. You partner with teams across the company and report progress, risks, and milestones to senior leadership. You will measure performance with KPIs and translate data into insights and improvements. You collaborate in an international context to shape talent development and performance programs that align with the business goals.

• Serve as the main contact for HR projects and coordinate with teams across the organization
• Provide senior leadership with project progress, risk, and milestone reports
• Track project performance using metrics and KPIs
• Deliver insights, recommendations, and improvements to senior management

• Experience in HR development, project management, or organizational development
• Expertise in HR best practices, talent management, and performance development
• Experience managing projects and working with multicultural teams
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to influence stakeholders
• Proficiency in English and German for operation in an international environment
