People Director

We're supporting an internationally focused organisation to appoint an experienced HR Leader to support the next phase of business growth across Europe.

This is a broad, commercially focused role, suited to someone who is equally comfortable setting direction as they are rolling up their sleeves to deliver.

HR Director

Location: Berlin

Reporting into senior leadership, you will provide end-to-end HR leadership across a growing European footprint, partnering closely with the business to enable performance and scale.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as a strategic and operational HR partner to senior leaders
• Supporting significant business growth across Germany and other European markets
• Advising on people matters within a commercial, performance-driven environment
• Ensuring HR practices are pragmatic, compliant and aligned with business objectives

About you

You will be a commercially minded HR generalist with experience operating in fast-growing or changing environments.

We're likely to see:

• Strong HR generalist experience at a senior level
• Proven ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on
• Experience supporting international or multi-country European populations
• Exposure to talent management for sales or revenue-generating populations would be highly beneficial
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders in a growth context
