Performance coaching specialist

TransPerfect Language & Cultural Training is part of the TransPerfect solutions, the world’s largest language service and technology solutions provider for global businesses with offices in more than 100 cities around the globe.
TransPerfect is currently looking for a German speaking performance coaching specialist to deliver two half day workshops in Munich (or nearby area). As a German speaking performance coaching specialist with TransPerfect, you will facilitate learning around the topics and coach participants on developing their own coaching skills inline with the defined coaching behaviors.
Education and Experience
- Native or native proficiency in German
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years' experience within the field of performance coaching
- Experience delivering training to pharma leaders
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of the corporate business environment
